Details We are hosting a 2-day Warhammer 40k GT with 100% of the entry fees going towards the prize pool and door prizes! Here’s the necessary details: Date: May 18th at 10am - May 19th at 6pm Cost: 50 dollars due upon sign-up (100% of entries go towards prizes and goodies) Points level: 2000 Maximum of 40 players 5 rounds each lasting 2 hours and 45 minutes Painting is required to an ITC minimum for our GT level events and there will be community voting during the lunch break on day one. If you PayPal we also require that you message our store page with the transaction ID number as well as first and last name. We do anticipate this to fill quickly so please register as soon as you are able. Please bring a printed list to give to the TO as well as a copy for your opponents to look at. Power Level is limited to 30 for a single unit. We will be using custom missions befitting a quest for the crown. They will be posted. All FAQs, Beta Rules, Chapter Approved changes, and Codexes up to a week before the event will be in effect. Schedule for the first day: Registration: 9am - 10am Game 1: 10am - 12:45pm Lunch Break: 12:45pm - 1:30pm Game 2: 1:30pm - 4:15pm Game 3: 4:15pm - 7:00pm Schedule for the second day: Check in: 10am - 11am Game 4: 11am - 1:45pm Lunch Break: 1:45pm - 2:30pm Game 5: 2:30pm - 5:15pm Awards: 5:30pm Assuming a full turnout the prize pool will be the following: 1st = $300 Store Credit and the coveted Crown! 2nd = $200 Store Credit 3rd = $100 Store Credit 4th = $100 Store Credit Best Imperial Army = $100 Store Credit Best Xenos Army = $100 Store Credit Best Chaos Army = $100 Store Credit Best Painted = $100 Store credit Each player will also receive a grab bag that includes gaming supplies and useful bits as well as a ticket into our raffles for additional door prizes! The prize total are subject to change based upon turnout. Best Army from each faction will be a combination of paint scores plus scores from the games. There is usually a big group of us that go out to eat and talk about the event afterwards and everyone is more than welcome to join in!
